A Fuzzy Wuzzy Twistout!

SUPER Fuzzy Wuzzy. This was actually the twistout from the twists I posted about previously. I actually took them down the exact same day but I just didn't feel like updating my blog then. So two days later, here I am raving about it.

Well, not necessarily raving.

But something good did come out of it.

It was extreme-te-lee soft! All that were on the twists was the Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine leave in conditioner and the oil mix that I oiled and massaged my scalp with. That was basically it. Covered it with my satin scarf and called it a night.

The next day (or I think it was the same day when I posted), I just rubbed in some avocado oil for sheen. I don't know WHAT made me think it was gonna be all soft and defined but it was far from it. lol

It fuzzed quickly like a BEAST! Plus it was majorly shrunken up and my coils were very, VERY coiled. Of course, they had the coil that I had been looking for but....I guess I was so used to my scraggly stretched out ends, the fact that Nelly was plump and springing and so full of life that day kind of took me by surprise. I didn't expect it to be so bouncy, and fluffy and all that other good stuff. I was torn between upset at the shrinkage and excited at it's health.

It's gonna take me a minute to reach a compromise with Nelly, obviously.

But for now, the twistout was EXTREMELY plush. Not greasy soft as if you could tell I used shea butter or some sort of Blue Magic Hair Grease on my hair, but plush and touchably soft. I couldn't stop touching it (which is also probably why it fuzzed) and it just grew bigger and bigger. I loved how big and fluffy it was, but I hated how much it shrunk! Seriously gotta get back in touch with my coils.

So with forever love

Keep Calm
& Keep It Coily! ♥
